Design in all its forms? Certainly.For Aït Manos, designer Eric Gizard hasimagined a zellige collection without borders, tinged with devastating modernity. Entitled Casablanca, it responds to Maison Aït Manos' request to reveal Eric Gizard's original take on this ancestral Moroccan zellige. The result? A furiously contemporary collection based on a thousand-year-old material.

Keeping an eye on the past and looking to the future? This is the credo of Aït Manos, masters of Moroccan zellige. Since the birth of this Moroccan decorative art in the confines of the Fès medina, zellige by Aït Manos has lived in its time. Because Aït Manos is always on the lookout for exclusivities to adapt to the demands of its customers, the company called on Eric Gizard to pursue its ambition of anchoring zellige in a modern dynamic. As a publisher, Aït Manos, in synergy with Eric Gizard, has developed a collection of interlocking diamond-shaped modules. Called "Mirage", it appears like hypnotic kaleidoscopes of spicy tiles. Presented notably at the Dubai stand for Aït Manos in 2014, Mirage reflects the designer's inventiveness and the excellence of Ateliers Aït Manos' know-how and techniques.
