A perfect mastery of a secular savoir-faire born in Morocco in the 10th century and which continues today, a true architectural symbol of identity.
From clay to terracotta, these mosaics are entirely handmade. Sublimating an exclusively Moroccan craft, Maison Aït Manos revisits traditional aesthetics by bringing a new breath of fresh air to it, making zellige a true decorative art. Elaborated in its workshops by the greatest master craftsmen zelligers, the original creations signed Maison Aït Manos travel to the four corners of the world.

Behind Maison Aït Manos, a cosmopolitan couple in love with Moroccan arts and crafts. Ghalia and Tawfik met in 1990, on the shores of the Mediterranean.
In common, a mixture of cultures against a Moroccan backdrop. With his Austrian and Moroccan origins, raised mostly abroad by diplomatic parents, Tawfik has a deep attachment to Morocco and its decorative arts that his artistic spirit combined with a Germanic rigor, recognize as unique in the world. As for Ghalia, she was raised in the respect of the traditions of Fez, from which her father's family originates, as well as in the rigor of a mother from Lyon who raises her 4 children with a sense of effort and permanent perfectionism. Around this passion for Morocco and its light, its aestheticism and its crafts, they founded together in 1995 the House Aït Manos, allegory of their love for the zellige. Since then, they have been making it, sublimating it, adapting it and modernizing it without ever altering its ancestral manufacturing process.
