FAQ

1. What is Zellige?

Zellige is an essential component of Moroccan history. It consists of terracotta tiles that are entirely cut by hand. They are then assembled to create decorative patterns for floors or walls. They can be natural or glazed.

2. How thick is the Zellige?

The thickness of the zellige is generally between 1.2 and 2.5 cm.

3. How to obtain Zellige samples?

Just order the Zellibox Colors or My Zellibox to choose 3 colours of your choice.

4. How to buy Zellige?

You can buy Zellige on our e-commerce shop, or you can ask us for a quote by clicking on the Contact tab in the footer.

5. Can you customise a design?

You submit your request to us. We pass it on to our design office, which takes into account the constraints of zellige and makes a proposal, either from our catalogue or created for you.

6. What is the quality of the Zellige Aït Manos?

After production, we select our zellige according to very strict quality criteria and do not produce second choice.

7. What are the delivery conditions?

Discover all our delivery conditions in the Legal Notice.

8. Are there tonal variations in the same colour of Zellige?

We select our production in such a way that the colour is as uniform as possible. Variations in colour tone will occur depending on exposure to light.

9. How to install Zellige?

Either by using our installers, based on a study of your site, or by using a careful tile installer and consulting our installation instructions.

Zellige is suitable for all residential projects: in a swimming pool, in a shower, in a pond, on a fountain, on a floor, on a wall, on a fireplace, on a kitchen credenza, in outdoor, commercial or public spaces, on walls only.
