Warm, refined design

Designed by L. Pearson Design, the restaurant's interior is an ode to natural textures and materials. Among them, our zellige (Idris collection by Aït Manos, selected in Green Blend shades, brings a vibrant touch to the space. These handmade mosaics, with their subtle variations in color and vibrant finish, create a play of light and depth that enhances the restaurant's walls and surfaces.

Most of the time, I've laid tiles of this shape horizontally, but in this case, it didn't give it the same look as vertical tiles... It makes you roll your eyes. You know when you have an idea in your head and it works? This cladding was a bit like that, a moment of surprise.

Why zellige?

Zellige is much more than just a cladding material. It's a material steeped in history, hand-crafted in our Moroccan workshops using ancestral know-how handed down from generation to generation. Its irregular finish and natural brilliance catch the light in an incomparable way, bringing timeless charm to the spaces it decorates.

The perfect blend of cuisine and craftsmanship

The choice of Aït Manos zellige for this project perfectly illustrates the meeting of Emeril Lagasse's passion for gastronomy and our commitment to artisanal excellence. Just as each dish in this restaurant is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and authenticity, each zellige tile tells a unique story of patience and precision.

At Aït Manos, we're proud to see our creations enhance spaces where culture, tradition and innovation come together. Would you like to incorporate zellige into your projects? Contact us and let yourself be inspired by the art of the material.
