1. TERMS OF DELIVERY

The Customer will receive an e-mail with an Order number confirming that the order has been successfully processed. The Customer will be informed of the various stages of his Order by e-mail.
Shipments are announced to the Customer by e-mail, to the e-mail address given by the Customer on his customer account.
Thanks to the shipment number, the Customer can track the progress of his parcel on the carrier's website.
The Customer is hereby informed that it is his responsibility to provide exactly all the details required for the correct routing of his Order and for perfect delivery (access code, access specification, for example).
If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will inform the Customer of the procedures for keeping the parcel and making it available, under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the carrier.
A delivery note is included in the parcel, summarizing the Items ordered and actually delivered.
The Customer assumes full and exclusive risk of loss or damage to the Items from the time of delivery.

2. DELIVERY TIME

The Articles are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer at the time of the Order at the latest at the end of the period indicated at the time of the Order, depending on the country of delivery. The average delivery time is between 30 and 60 days. AIT MANOS FRANCE undertakes that delivery will be made within a maximum of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the order.
In the event of late delivery in relation to the aforementioned maximum period, the Customer may contact AIT MANOS FRANCE Customer Service to request that delivery be made within a reasonable additional period. In the event of non-compliance with this new deadline, the Customer may, by e-mail or letter, cancel the contract and obtain reimbursement for the Order.
The contract and therefore the sale will be considered terminated upon receipt by AIT MANOS FRANCE of the e-mail or letter by which the Customer informs AIT MANOS FRANCE of his/her decision, unless delivery has taken place between the sending and receipt of the e-mail or letter from the Customer.
In the event that the Order is definitively cancelled, the Customer will be reimbursed for the price paid for the Order within 14 days of the date of notification by the Customer.
Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the parcel is made available to the Customer, notably by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier.
If the parcel is damaged or if the Article does not correspond to the Customer's Order, the Customer must initiate the returns procedure described in article 11 below within 30 calendar days of dispatch.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

​3.1 Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011 on consumer rights and Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 as transposed into Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer is entitled to cancel his or her order at any time within 14 calendar days of the date on which he or she received the Article(s) and without having to justify his or her reasons or pay any penalties.
Under the terms of these GTC, AIT MANOS FRANCE wishes to grant the Customer a withdrawal period extended to 30 calendar days. This withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the Order.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify AIT MANOS FRANCE of his decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement to the following address:

The Customer may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement to the following email address:mail@aitmanos.com
If the Customer chooses this option, AIT MANOS FRANCE will promptly send an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email).
After notifying AIT MANOS FRANCE of their withdrawal in accordance with these terms, the Customer must return the relevant Item(s) within a maximum of 14 days from the date of such notification. This deadline is deemed to have been met if the Customer returns the relevant Item(s) before the 14-day period expires.
Any withdrawal made after the 30-day period mentioned above will not be accepted.
Only new, unworn, and unsoiled Items will be refunded. The Item must be returned in its original packaging or, failing that, in packaging that provides equivalent protection.
Returns may be made by mail.​

3.2 Return policy

Returns by post:
Under no circumstances will AIT MANOS FRANCE reimburse return postage costs paid directly by the Customer to the Post Office.

Once the returned item(s) have been checked, AIT MANOS FRANCE undertakes to reimburse the Customer as soon as possible following notification of the withdrawal request. In the absence of receipt of the Article(s) concerned or proof of shipment within this period, AIT MANOS FRANCE reserves the right to postpone reimbursement until the day of recovery of the Article(s) concerned or provision by the Customer of proof of shipment of the Article(s) concerned.
All sums paid for the Article(s) concerned and the shipping costs will be reimbursed to the Customer (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that the Customer has chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by AIT MANOS FRANCE), to the Customer's bank account or payment account used for payment of the Article(s), in respect of his/her Order.
The Customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
In order to track their parcel, Customers may use the tracking number provided by the carrier.
