Performance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event, and performance and delivery deadlines shall be extended accordingly. AIT MANOS FRANCE shall endeavor, to the extent possible, to bring the Force Majeure event to an end or to find a solution enabling it to fulfill its contractual obligations despite the Force Majeure event.
